According to Georgia Dept. of Education, each grade earned for attempted coursework in English, mathematics, science, social studies and foreign language during the student’s 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade years used to satisfy a Core curriculum graduation requirement:
Earned grades in core classes are equated to a grade on the 4.0 scale as follows:
– an SAT score of at least 1200 combined critical reading score and math score on a single administration of the SAT (no super scoring) — OR —
– an ACT composite score of 26 or higher — OR —
– graduate from an eligible high schools as the valedictorian or salutatorian (only 1 per school)

Is Zell Miller weighted? — Zell Miller Scholarship pays full standard tuition for students who earned a 3.70 GPA out of 4.0 (unweighted) for all academic high school classes and earned at least a 1200 in one sitting on the Math and Verbal section of the SAT or at least a 26 on the ACT.
