What is CREDIT RECOVERY?

  • Fulton County Credit Recovery (FCCR) is an online recovery through CANVAS  where students work on independently on their own time and complete course work at their own pace. Credit Recovery classes are only offered during the regular school year and are taken in addition to the 6 classes in the student’s regular schedule or in a period of Study Skills in a virtual lab.  Classes can be worked on from anywhere the internet is available.
  • Criteria: Student must have already attempted and failed a course
  • Cost: Free
  • REMEMBER: You are able to work on these courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online!

Alternate High School Diploma options

The Dual Achievement Program (established by SB204) offers qualified students a recognized and alternate path to high school graduation. Students choose to simultaneously earn a high school diploma and two (2) technical certificates of credit, a technical diploma, or a college associate degree in a specific career pathway in order to meet high school graduation requirements.  Interested students should contact the DAP program coordinators from their TCSG school of interest, and should inform their CHS counselor of their intentions.
